Manohara affair: Daisy not caught by police

(Wfol.tv) Jakarta: 11/09/2009:- Daisy Fajarina is not yet arrested by Indonesian police despite receiving a 'Red notice' from Interpol. The local police stated that they cannot arrest Daisy, the mother of Manohara Odelia Pinot, since there is no extradition treaty between France and Indonesia.

"At least there's no official extradition treaty between the two nations," a police report said.

Daisy apparently took off from France before the order of arrest was issued. She failed to present herself in court on a criminal case involving her former French husband. Now that she is in Indonesia, the French police can only hope that the local police tak action against her but this may not happen for specific reasons.

The Manohara affair that broke out between the Indonesian beauty and the Kelantan Prince Mohd Fakhry gained almost total support from the Indonesian public. This has made Manohara the heroin of the moment in Indonesia while the role played by the mother Daisy was widely criticized at some stage. Nevertheless, WFOL.tv was told, it will be a tough battle for the local authorities in Indonesia to target Daisy and this is due to the reverse effect it could have on the government.

The Indonesian government had earlier stated that no Indonesian citizens will be extradited and certainly not to France and this seem to be the policy of the new government altogether.

Kapanlagi.com however reported that the Indonesian police is still working with the French police to find ways to get Daisy on board a plane to France in order to serve an 18 months jail sentencing from which she is trying to escape.

Based on revelations regarding her mistreatment of a maid or adapted child in France named Shaliha, the Indonesian police is said to be able to work out an arrangement with the French authorities, one that may satisfy the Indonesian government and which may entail the sending off of Daisy to Paris. This will be based on the alleged illtreatment met by Daisy against Shaliha which include sexual assault by her former husband, assault which it is said were 'helped' by Daisy.

It is not impossible though that Daisy escapes French jail if an arrangement is reached between France and Indonesia to jail Daisy for fraud and sexual assault in Indonesia itself.

Though we do not really know who took the videos and where it originates, we have the information that it was taken after the Indonesian earthquake in Padang, Riau. If you look patiently at the video, you will see a pair of eyes that is formed in the clouds overlooking a village in Indonesia. It will really shock and scare you!

However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
