Feeling the US threat over Europe, some European nations are willing to counter Nato's rise as a global force since they have little say in the way Nato and Pentagon are being run today.
Berlin: German Foreign minister Guido Westerwelle has called for the EU to proceed with plans for a European army under the Lisbon Treaty, which he dubbed "the beginning and not the end" of a common security and defence policy.

U.S. plans to base a missile-defense system in eastern Europe are a pretext to encroach on Russia’s borders, said Dmitry Rogozin, the Russian envoy to NATO. “Maybe it’s against Iran, but that same system can be targeted against any other country, including Russia’s strategic nuclear potential,” Rogozin said in an interview on state broadcaster Rossiya 24 today. “The U.S. is using Iran’s actions to globalize its system of missile defense.”

In this video, the Pakistan army is seen in action in a territory that it rarely sets foot - South Waziristan. It is unclear though that they are fighting the Pakistan Taliban or villagers who traditionally do not allow Pak army to set foot in their villages. PBS says it is showing footage of Taliban being beaten in the village but we have doubts. It could simply be local people who do not want Pak army there.

Though we do not really know who took the videos and where it originates, we have the information that it was taken after the Indonesian earthquake in Padang, Riau. If you look patiently at the video, you will see a pair of eyes that is formed in the clouds overlooking a village in Indonesia. It will really shock and scare you!
However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
