North Korea: Japan want retaliation

Japanese PM Naoto Kan has urged South Korea to retaliate after North Korea's blasting of a South Korean Island where the South's military was conducting a rather threatening 'military' exercise that irritated the North.
Japan is taking the leading role in this latest conflict, telling the South Koreans they cannot allow the North to continue attacking the Southerners as this is the second attack in 8 months after the North was accused of sinking a S. Korean military vessel. The Japanese response is seen as an attempt by Tokyo to use the North Korean issue to revive its 'militarist' past while Washington backs it from behind.
However, the United States, which has a large army contingent and a naval force in the region, has said it is watching the situation but is not militarily involved after strongly condemning the attack and calling for an end to belligerence.
Right wing forces in the US are urging US President Barack Obama to push the South Koreans to attack the North, but Obama is not falling into the trap of a possible breaking of a massive war right at the doorstep of China. The Chinese regime will not support any attacks on the North Koreans but might give logistic, military and other support to Pyongyang in the event of a North-South war.
Wfol.tv published an analysis two weeks ago on North Korea's nuclear program and the need to curtail the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the region. We also said the US was to blame for any war that may break out between the North and the South as it was not playing the sincere role of power brokers.

However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
