USA 2010 - The Year of The Racist Advertising

From Park51 to accusations of sharia law, to illegal immigrants beheading innocent citizens, it's pretty obvious that the theme for this year's election is to try and get people scared of the "other."
On that vein, Buzzfeed had put together its six more racist campaign ads fo the year.

You'd think it's 2010 and we should not be seeing or hearing these things but we are and it is disturbing to say the least. Is it a wonder that all the ads below come from GOP candidates?

Needless to say, Sharron Angle's "Thanks, Pal" video made the cut.  But by far, my favorite would have to be Dan Fanelli's "This is a Terrorist" video, with its "Mission: Impossible" rifts and "If a ripped guy flew a plane into a tower I'm sure he'd have no issue being pulled for extra searches" racial profiling justifications.  In fact, the video was so over the top I had to double check to make sure the ad wasn't a spoof.

Sadly, it's not.

Eyes in Sky - This video will really scare you

Watch Video Here

Though we do not really know who took the videos and where it originates, we have the information that it was taken after the Indonesian earthquake in Padang, Riau. If you look patiently at the video, you will see a pair of eyes that is formed in the clouds overlooking a village in Indonesia. It will really shock and scare you!

However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
