Aircrafts of today - I say 'wow' to the boeing 777
Written by Asir Husain Friday, 15 January 2010 17:26 Last Updated on Friday, 15 January 2010 17:31
Boeing 777 is commonly used by Singapore Airlines. The boeing 777 first came out and was delivered to Malaysia airlines on 13th April 1997 - this is the day I was born, the year too!

I don't quite like the 777 because of the design. For example the front do not look nice. the boeing 747 is however much more nicer. I wrote on this last year in one of my Aircraft based articles. Hope the readers remember!
The boeing 777 has 2 large engines. They are so huge I think the tallest men on earth can fit in the engine standing! That is how tall the engine is and how big it is in size. It is really impressive.
I have 1 777 model and its a Delta Airlines model plane, the 777 - 200 ER. These crafts are said to be very fuel efficient too. Now many airlines are using the 777 in order to cut down cost of fuel and bring down the ticket price.
I like the 777 for its cuteness though but I think among the Boeings, the 737's are cuter though, if you know what I mean.
Japan Airlines has lots of equipment on board their 777's, this shows how versatile the 777 can be and how practical it is too.
Air Asia should probably buy those 777's to replace the A330's as the 777 is definitely more efficient according to studies. Thats my opinion anyway altogether.
After all, the 777's are one of the cheapest aircrafts to maintain. That was my monthly take on aircrafts.

I am sure Gerry Adams speaks for the whole of Ireland and the fact that he is wishing well the Rachel Corrie aid ship and the flotilla of ships and boats heading right now to Gaza is great. I hope other MP's offer their support too.
With the help of public donations an abandoned 1200 ton cargo ship has been bought and loaded with vital supplies to help the Palestinian people in Gaza. This ship was renamed The Rachel Corrie and is on it's way to Gaza.

Eyes in Sky - This video will really scare you
Though we do not really know who took the videos and where it originates, we have the information that it was taken after the Indonesian earthquake in Padang, Riau. If you look patiently at the video, you will see a pair of eyes that is formed in the clouds overlooking a village in Indonesia. It will really shock and scare you!
However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
