U.S. AMB's could trigger arms race

The Russian military warns that American ABMs in Europe could trigger another spiral of the costly arms race, which would probably also involve countries other than the United States and Russia and prompt some of them to backtrack from their obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
Appearing before the media in Moscow Monday, Chief of Staff General Nikolai Makarov also said such deployments would destroy mutual confidence and force Russia to consider a strategic response to them.
On insistence by Russia, the new Russian-American arms reduction deal signed at the Prague summit last Thursday contains provisions that explicitly link ABMs to strategic arsenals. The new START treaty itself limits the nuclear warheads to 1,550, and the strategic delivery vehicles, to 700 on each side.

On 15 October 2009, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert came to give the annual King Abdullah II Leadership Lecture at the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy.
Outraged that a man responsible for war crimes in Palestine and Lebanon that killed more than three thousand people during his term of office, community members confronted Olmert inside the lecture hall effectively preventing him from delivering his speech.

Though we do not really know who took the videos and where it originates, we have the information that it was taken after the Indonesian earthquake in Padang, Riau. If you look patiently at the video, you will see a pair of eyes that is formed in the clouds overlooking a village in Indonesia. It will really shock and scare you!
However, apparently this video was taken a few years ago in Russia. Hence the source is unknown and the location too but it is a very real video, not a graphic picture.
