Germany could win the Heart of all Fans

Brazil out, Argentina falls, Paraguay and Ghana sees the exit door. The World Cup remained firmly in the grip of the European teams with three European nations in the Semi-Finals and only Uruguay (the least expected one among the Southern American states) reaching the last four. But Germany's 'universal team' could win the hearts of the supporters of the football.

While we are witnessing Europe's Total Domination of the World Cup and a desperate fall of the Giants from the Southern American continent, Germany is turning to be a 'futuristic' nation in Football. With its players coming from various continent, Germany is not really a European formation tough it is of European origin.

Miroslav Klose (Polish origin), Khedira (Moroccan) and Ozil who is of Turkish origin changed the face of Germany and turned it into a 'Universal' team in the current world cup. Is this a new trend that will shake the way nations are represented in future competitions? Germany's success so far is of great news to a less 'racist' and more 'relaxed' state of affairs in International squads from Europe as more nations will be forced to use the services and talents of non-nationals or nationals  of other countries.

Not to forget that Germany is fielding Sephan Mario Gomez and Cacao (Brasilian origin) in the current squad and it has yet to show its full power as a 'universal' team in this world cup which is being held in the country of Nelson Mandela.

Obviously Germany is not a 'European' team per-se but truely an International or 'Global' formation that has taken over the world stage and is dominating with force. Its dismantling of England and of Diego Aramando Maradona's Argentina team are just examples of the capacity that such a 'global' team can do.

Indeed, many people will say England or the Netherlands too has for a long time now displayed 'non-European' players but then Germany has taken the integration of 'foreign' players a step further with Khedira still holding his Moroccan passport according to reports. This augurs good for the future of football where more nations will surely integrate other nationals in their International teams.
